About Mimi

My Background

Mimi’s professional background spans a broad range of experience, including teaching, nonprofit management (especially in the arts), and corporate consulting in the areas of team effectiveness, leadership, and communication. Trained as a Kinder Life Planner as well as a Keirsey Temperament Consultant, she brings a depth of understanding to her work helping clients align their lives with their natural gifts, motivations, and dreams.

Through her multi-faceted experience in the arts, Mimi utilizes creativity, vision and intuition in her consulting approach. She views her work with clients as a creative collaboration in which they partner together to achieve that most elusive thing—positive and lasting change.

In addition to ongoing consulting and serving on the board of a few favorite nonprofits, she takes great joy in co-hosting the expanding community of The Good News Girls, where women over 50 find connection, purpose, and practical wisdom, all while having a grand time together.
